各县（市、区）人民政府，市府直属各单位： 根据《阳江市行政机关规范性文件管理办法》《阳江市行政机关规范性文件评估清理办法》的规定，结合我市实际情况并经评估清理，市政府决定继续保留规范性文件《关于贯彻省政府推进“三旧”改造促进节约集约用地若干意见的实施意见》（阳府〔2010〕7号），有效期至2020年12月30日。起草单位在文件有效期内应实行动态评估，根据实际情况变化适时进行修改或废止。 特此通知。 阳江市人民政府办公室 2016年8月16日
