各县（市、区）人民政府，市府直属各单位： 《阳江市行政调解实施办法》（阳府〔2013〕106号）、《阳江市行政机关规范性文件评估清理办法》（阳府〔2013〕131号）两份文件属于我市依法行政配套制度，根据我市实际情况并经评估，市政府决定继续保留该两份文件，阳府〔2013〕106号文件有效期至2023年9月16日，阳府〔2013〕131号文件有效期至2023年11月20日。起草单位在文件有效期内应实行动态评估，根据实际情况变化适时进行修改或废止。 阳江市人民政府 2018年9月12日
