各区人民政府,市政府直属各单位： 2005年10月8日，市政府印发《深圳市残疾人就业保障金征收实施办法》（深府〔2005〕175号）。根据工作需要，市政府同意市残联、财政委、人力资源保障局对我市残疾人就业保障金征收实施办法进行修订后，依程序以部门规范性文件形式发布实施。现决定自2018年5月1日起废止《深圳市残疾人就业保障金征收实施办法》（深府〔2005〕175号）。 深圳市人民政府 2018年4月10日
