各有关单位：为进一步规范政府行为，促进依法行政，根据中共中央、国务院《关于印发〈法治政府建设实施纲要（2015—2020年）〉的通知》（中发〔2015〕36号）的要求，市政府对1979年深圳市设立以来至2015年12月31日期间的市政府规范性文件进行了清理。经清理，市政府决定将《关于下达一九七九年主要农副产品派购收购任务的通知》等1050件市政府规范性文件宣布失效。凡宣布失效的市政府规范性文件，自本决定发布之日起一律停止执行，不再作为行政管理的依据。本决定长期有效。附件：宣布失效的市政府规范性文件目录深圳市人民政府 2017年10月12日
