各区人民政府，市政府直属各单位： 为加强对我市教育培训市场的监管，促进教育培训市场健康规范发展，根据国家法律、法规的有关规定，结合我市实际，决定对应当经过教育行政主管部门批准而未经批准、擅自举办教育培训机构的行为进行查处，并将查处非法教育培训机构职责纳入城市管理综合执法范围，具体组织实施工作按照深圳市人民政府《关于全面推进街道综合执法工作的决定》（深府〔2006〕268号）执行。 本决定自发布之日起施行。 深圳市人民政府 二○一○年十一月十五日
