穗府〔2014〕19号 广州市人民政府关于公布实施全国重点文物保护单位光孝寺保护规划的通告 《全国重点文物保护单位光孝寺保护规划》(以下简称《保护规划》)已经省人民政府批准。根据《广东省实施〈中华人民共和国文物保护法〉办法》有关规定，现通告如下： 一、《保护规划》是实施全国重点文物保护单位光孝寺的文物保护工作的法律依据，各有关单位要做好《保护规划》的组织实施和文物保护、管理、展示等工作。 二、《保护规划》信息请查询广州市规划局网站(网址为www．upo．gov．cn)和广州市文化广电新闻出版局网站(网址为www．xwgd．gov．cn)。 三、《保护规划》自本通告发布之日起实施。 广州市人民政府 2014年5月7日
