深民〔2008〕27号各有关单位：为进一步完善民办非企业单位双重管理体制，使民办非企业单位更好地发挥积极作用，根据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》的规定，结合我市民办非企业单位管理的实际情况，经市政府批准，授权下列组织作为我市全市性民办非企业单位的业务主管单位： 1.共青团深圳市委； 2.市妇女联合会； 3.市科学技术协会； 4.市残疾人联合会； 5.市文学艺术界联合会。各区可结合实际情况，参照执行。深圳市民政局二〇〇八年二月十五日
