经查，综合开发研究院（中国·深圳）培训中心(登记号：010010)存在连续2年以上未年检的违法行为，违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十三条第一款、《民办非企业单位年度检查办法》第三条第一款的规定。依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第(三)项、《民办非企业单位年度检查办法》第十条的规定，2016年8月17日，深圳市民政局作出行政处罚决定（深民罚字〔2016〕第004号），给予综合开发研究院（中国·深圳）培训中心撤销登记的行政处罚。特此公告。深圳市民政局 2016年8月17日
