经查，深圳市投资商会存在理事罢免未经会员（代表）大会通过；财务制度不健全，未见完整的财务报表；票据报销制度不完善，原始凭证档案管理不善等违法行为，违反了《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第二十八条第二款第二项、第三十九条的规定，现依据《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六十八条第一款第二项、第三项的规定，市民政局对该协会作出警告的行政处罚。 二○一五年六月九日
