经查，深圳市信用协会存在现场未见相关财务人员，只提供了2013年审计报告，无2014年财务资料等违法行为，违反了《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第三十九条的规定，现依据《深圳经济特区行业协会条例》第六十八条第一款第三项的规定，市民政局对该协会作出警告的行政处罚。 二○一五年六月九日
