经查，深圳邦达物料损耗科学研究院存在2010、2011年连续两年以上未参加年检的违法行为，违反了《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十三条的规定，依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第（三）项的规定，深圳市民政局决定对该单位作出撤销登记的行政处罚。 二〇一三年九月十七日
