This announcement declares that 1,952 vehicles registered in Shenzhen that reached mandatory scrapping standards in October 2019 but were not deregistered by their owners have had their certificates, license plates, and driving permits invalidated. It warns that any such vehicle driven on roads will be impounded and scrapped, and the driver penalized.

在2019年10月1日至2019年10月31日期间，共有在我局车辆管理所登记的以下1952台车辆（可登录深圳市公安局交警局主页http:\/\/szjj.sz.gov.cn\/ZWGK\/TZGG\/GGBF\/查询具体车号、车型等)已经达到强制报废标准，但机动车所有人未依法办理注销登记。根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第九条、《机动车登记规定》第三十一条第一项的规定，现公告上述机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证作废。 上述机动车自本公告发布之日起，仍上道路行驶，我局将依法予以收缴，强制报废，并对驾驶人进行处罚。 特此公告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2019年11月11日
