深公交（通）〔2016〕1号 因观澜人民路-梅观高速节点工程爆破施工需要，为确保相关路段交通的安全、畅顺，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第三十九条的规定，决定对相关路段交通组织进行临时调整，现通告如下： 2016年1月8日至2016年7月7日共6个月，每天上午11时30分至12时30分，观澜人民路-梅观高速节点工程需进行爆破施工。届时将在上述时段内封闭梅观高速公路（K10+790-K11+800）进行爆破施工，禁止车辆及行人进入爆破施工区域。 请车辆及行人在上述时间内经过上述路段时，按交通标志标线指示通行，服从交通民警指挥。 特此通告。 深圳市公安局交通警察局 2016年1月4日
