各有关单位：根据市财政局《关于国家高新技术企业认定中介机构相关工作的通知》，市财政局不再组织开展关于国家高新技术企业认定中介机构专项检查工作。2020年高新技术企业认定申报指南预计将于第二季度发布，具体申报时间以指南发布时间为准。企业可自行选择符合《高新技术企业认定管理工作指引》（国科发火〔2016〕195号）（http:\/\/www.chinatorch.gov.cn\/kjb\/tzgg\/201606\/44bda00691f94ddb924a1c41a163f37e.shtml）相关规定的会计师事务所进行专项审计工作。专项报告应纳入深圳市注册会计师协会系统备案管理。附件：深圳市财政局关于国家高新技术企业认定中介机构相关工作的通知深圳市科技创新委员会 2020年1月17日
