深建物管[2020]14号各有关单位： 为了规范我市物业管理活动中业主共有资金的使用管理和信息公开，维护业主对共有资金使用管理的知情权和监督权，我局编制了《深圳市业主共有资金会计核算指引》（以下简称《指引》），现予印发。请全市各业主委员会、各物业服务企业等业主共有资金账户开户单位，按照本《指引》进行业主共有资金会计核算，并依据《深圳经济特区物业管理条例》《深圳市业主共有资金监督管理办法》等有关规定公开公示业主共有资金账户信息。 特此通知。深圳市住房和建设局2020年6月11日
