小榄镇人民政府： \r 你镇《关于批准实施〈中山市小榄镇名镇建设规划〉和〈永宁社区名村建设规划〉的请示》（榄府请〔2013〕20号）收悉。经研究，函复如下。 \r 一、《中山市小榄镇名镇建设规划》（下称《规划》）基本符合《中山小榄镇总体规划（2002-2020年）》要求，原则同意《规划》。 \r 二、《规划》是挖掘和整合现有优势资源，建设特色城镇，进一步完善各类基础设施和公共服务设施，加强环境整治，提升居民生活质量的建设规划。 \r 三、你镇要加强对《规划》实施的指导、监督和检查，确保《规划》严格实施。 \r 四、你镇要在《规划》获批准之日起30日内，向社会公布《规划》。 \r \r \r 中山市人民政府办公室 \r 2013年8月15日
