小榄镇人民政府： \r 你镇《关于批准〈中山市小榄镇Y分区控制性详细规划〉的请示》）榄府请〔2013〕42号）收悉。经研究，函复如下。 \r 一、《中山市小榄镇Y分区控制性详细规划》（下称《控规》）基本符合《中山市小榄镇总体规划（2002-2020）》要求，原则同意《控规》。 \r 二、《控规》为小榄镇西南部建设发展的法定文件。在今后实施过程中，规范范围内的地块控制以及道路交通、公共设施配套、市政等建设应符合《控规》要求。 \r 三、你镇要加强对《控规》实施的指导、监督和检查，不得随意调整《控规》；确需调整的，须按法定程序办理，确保《控规》严格实施。 \r 四、你镇要在《控规》获批准之日起30日内，向社会公布《控规》。 \r \r \r 中山市人民政府办公室 \r 2013年9月18日
