为依法打击涉野生动物违法犯罪，我局前期草拟了《关于鼓励上交野生动物严厉打击涉野生动物犯罪的通告》，并征求了公众及相关单位意见。因市林业局函复，表示当前市野生动物救护中心库容量饱和，无能力继续接收救助野生动物，建议取消发布《通告》。鉴于此，现终止发布《关于鼓励上交野生动物严厉打击涉野生动物犯罪的通告》。 特此公告 深圳市公安局森林分局 2020年12月8日
