火炬开发区管委会，翠亨新区管委会，各镇政府、区办事处，市各有关单位： \r 经市政府研究，现决定废止《关于进一步加强我市房地产市场管理工作的通知》（中府〔2005〕3号），有关事项请参照国家、省、市有关规定执行。现行规定未尽有关事项，由市国土资源局、城乡规划局、住房城乡建设局等相关职能部门进一步研究制定有关政策。 \r 特此通知。 \r \r 中山市人民政府 \r 2016年5月10日
