Notice of the State Council on Determining That the Overall Urban Plan of Sansha City Shall Be Approved by the State Council

This notice designates that the overall urban plan of Sansha City must be reviewed and approved by the State Council, in accordance with the Urban and Rural Planning Law. It instructs the Hainan Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to follow this procedure.
