Reply of the State Council on the Issue of Site Selection and Construction in Baoding and Langfang Areas of Hebei Province

This document responds to a request from the Hebei Provincial Government to modify previous State Council documents, granting in-principle approval for construction projects in Baoding and Langfang areas that benefit economic vitality and development, while imposing controls due to resource constraints and proximity to Beijing and Tianjin.
