Decision of the State Taxation Administration on Abolishing the Measures for the Administration of Registration of General VAT Taxpayers

This decision formally abolishes the Measures for the Administration of Registration of General VAT Taxpayers (State Taxation Administration Order No. 43), effective from January 1, 2026, in accordance with the VAT Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing regulations.
