Announcement of the Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs, State Taxation Administration, and National Medical Products Administration on Issuing the Second Batch of Lists of Anti-Cancer Drugs and Rare Disease Drugs Eligible for VAT Policies

为鼓励制药产业发展，降低患者用药成本，自2020年10月1日起，本公告附件1中的抗癌药品和罕见病药品，按照《财政部 海关总署 税务总局 国家药品监督管理局关于抗癌药品增值税政策的通知》（财税〔2018〕47号）、《财政部 海关总署 税务总局 药监局关于罕见病药品增值税政策的通知》（财税〔2019〕24号）规定执行相关增值税政策。上述通知已发布的部分抗癌药品和罕见病药品按附件2确定税号。<br> 附件：1.抗癌药品和罕见病药品清单（第二批）.xls<br> 2.抗癌药品和罕见病药品（第一批）税号修正清单.xls<br> 财政部 海关总署 税务总局 药监局<br> 2020年9月30日<br> 该文件非由国家税务总局牵头制定，查询结果仅供参考
