Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on Extending the Implementation Period of the Policy on Exemption from Consumption Tax for Recycled Oil Products from Waste Mineral Oil

This notice extends the implementation period of the consumption tax exemption policy for recycled oil products from waste mineral oil by five years, from November 1, 2018 to October 31, 2023, and provides for refunds of taxes already paid during this period.
