This announcement confirms that the revised bilateral tax agreement between China and Romania, signed in 2016, has entered into force as of June 17, 2017, and applies to income derived on or after January 1, 2018.

中国与罗马尼亚对1991年1月16日签署的《中华人民共和国政府和罗马尼亚政府关于对所得避免双重征税和防止偷漏税的协定》进行了全面修订，于2016年7月4日在布加勒斯特签署了全面修订后的《中华人民共和国和罗马尼亚对所得消除双重征税和防止逃避税的协定》（以下简称《协定》）。中罗双方已完成《协定》生效所必需的各自国内法律程序。《协定》自2017年6月17日起生效，适用于2018年1月1日及以后取得的所得。　　《协定》文本已在国家税务总局网站发布。　　特此公告。<br> 国家税务总局2017年10月30日
