Reply of the State Administration of Taxation on the Application of Cultivated Land Occupation Tax Preferential Policies for the Fire Prevention Isolation Belt of the Huzhun-E Railway in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

This document approves the application of a reduced cultivated land occupation tax rate of 2 yuan per square meter for fire prevention isolation belts constructed along the Huzhun-E railway in Inner Mongolia, in accordance with the regulations on railway land use tax preferences.
