Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on Extending the Implementation Period of the VAT Policy for Border-Sale Tea

This notice extends the value-added tax (VAT) exemption policy for border-sale tea, originally set to expire, until December 31, 2018, and provides for the refund or offset of VAT already collected on such tea.
