Reply of the State Administration of Taxation on Approving the Authority of Qinghai Provincial State Tax Bureau to Examine and Approve Export Tax Rebates (Exemptions)

This document approves the Qinghai Provincial State Tax Bureau's request to continue its existing model for examining and approving export tax rebates (exemptions), allowing the provincial bureau to retain approval authority over production enterprises' export tax rebate applications.
