This announcement confirms that the bilateral tax agreement and protocol between China and France, signed on November 26, 2013, will take effect on December 28, 2014, and apply to income derived on or after January 1, 2015.

《中华人民共和国政府和法兰西共和国政府对所得避免双重征税和防止偷漏税的协定》（以下简称协定）及议定书已于2013年11月26日在北京正式签署。中法双方分别于2014年4月15日和2014年11月28日相互通知已完成协定及议定书生效所必需的各自国内法律程序。根据协定第三十条的规定，协定及议定书将自2014年12月28日起生效，并适用于2015年1月1日或以后取得的所得。　　上述协定及议定书文本已在国家税务总局网站发布。　　特此公告。<br> 国家税务总局2015年1月28日
