This notice confirms that the Red Cross Society of China, All-China Federation of Trade Unions, China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, and China International Talent Exchange Foundation are eligible for pre-tax deduction of public welfare donations for the 2014 tax year, as per the joint review by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation.
