This announcement confirms that the bilateral tax treaty between China and the Netherlands has entered into force on August 31, 2014, and will apply to income derived on or after January 1, 2015.

《中华人民共和国政府和荷兰王国政府对所得避免双重征税和防止偷漏税的协定》（以下简称协定）及议定书已于2013年5月31日在北京正式签署。中荷双方分别于2013年7月30日和2014年7月14日相互通知已完成该协定及议定书生效所必需的各自国内法律程序。根据协定第二十九条第一款的规定，该协定及议定书将自2014年8月31日起生效，并适用于2015年1月1日或以后取得的所得。    　上述协定及议定书文本已在国家税务总局网站发布。　　特此公告。<br> 国家税务总局2014年8月1日<br> 国际税收,优化营商
