Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on the Business Tax Issue of Transferring Small Thermal Power Unit Capacity Indicators

This announcement stipulates that the transfer of small thermal power unit capacity indicators is temporarily exempt from business tax, effective from February 1, 2014. It was fully annulled as of June 16, 2023, by a subsequent announcement.
