深防指〔2021〕37号市三防指挥部各成员单位、各有关单位：经会商研判，我市已具备出汛条件。根据《广东省防汛防旱防风条例》等有关规定，市防汛防旱防风指挥部定于10月21日结束2021年汛期。转入非汛期后，各区、各部门要继续密切关注天气形势，做好今冬明春的蓄水保水、水毁工程修复和危险边坡整治等工作。如遇特殊天气，按照职责分工和预案规定，及时启动应急响应，做好应对防御措施。特此通知。深圳市防汛防旱防风指挥部 2021年10月21日
