依据公安部《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十七有第一款第五项情形之一，未收回机动车驾驶证的，应当公告机动车驾驶证作废。经统计，对符合第一款第五项情形之一的依法予以注销驾驶证，现决定公告上述机动车驾驶证作废。 特此公告 附件：妨碍安全驾驶疾病人员驾驶证注销 深圳市公安局交通警察局 车辆管理所 2022年1月17日
