各人力资源服务机构、各有关单位： 按照《国务院办公厅关于进一步完善失信约束制度构建诚信建设长效机制的指导意见》（国办发〔2020〕49号，以下简称《指导意见》）、《国家发展改革委办公厅关于开展失信约束措施清理规范工作的通知》（发改办财金〔2021〕15号）要求，因《龙岗区人力资源服务行业综合信用评价及分级分类管理试行办法》（深龙人规〔2020〕2号）存在与《指导意见》不相适应的条款，现对《龙岗区人力资源服务行业综合信用评价及分级分类管理试行办法》予以废止。本通知自2022年1月17日起施行。 特此通知。 深圳市龙岗区人力资源局 2022年1月6日
