《上海市人民政府关于废止〈上海市社会救助办法〉的决定》已经2019年9月30日市政府第66次常务会议通过，现予公布，自2019年10月11日起生效。<br>

上海市人民政府关于废止《上海市社会救助办法》的决定<br>
（2019年10月11日上海市人民政府令第24号公布）<br>
上海市第十五届人大常委会第七次会议审议通过了《上海市社会救助条例》，自2019年5月1日起施行。为此，市政府决定，废止《上海市社会救助办法》（1996年11月4日上海市人民政府发布，根据2010年12月20日上海市人民政府令第52号公布的《上海市人民政府关于修改〈上海市农机事故处理暂行规定〉等148件市政府规章的决定》修正并重新发布）。<br>
本决定自2019年10月11日起生效。<br>
