市生态环境局： 你局关于审定《中山市声环境功能区划方案（2020年修编）》的请示收悉。经研究，现批复如下： 一、原则同意《中山市声环境功能区划方案（2020年修编）》（以下简称方案），修编年号修改为2021年，由你局冠“经市人民政府同意”字样后印发实施。 二、本方案自发布之日起实施，有效期为五年。 三、请你局会同市自然资源局等有关部门和各镇街政府加强《方案》的落实，研究制定区划动态调整实施细则，为合理利用城市空间资源和提升城市环境提供有力保障。 四、《方案》是本市声环境功能区划管理的依据，任何单位和个人不得擅自更改。市有关部门和各镇街政府要采取有效措施，加强区划管控，确保区划顺利实施。在区划实施过程中需要调整的，需按有关规定程序办理。 中山市人民政府 2021年12月29日
