State Council Approval on the Application of the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region

This document approves the application of the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage by Air to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as previously ratified by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and instructs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to handle the relevant procedures.
